Information we collect
When you request a ride we collect your name, phone number, email address, optional WhatsApp number, pickup and drop-off details, travel dates and any instructions you provide. For airport transfers we also collect flight details. For parcel deliveries we collect recipient contact details.
How we use it
We use your information solely to assess, confirm and deliver your booking, to contact you about that booking, and to keep records required for operating a passenger transport business in Victoria.
Who can see it
Booking details are visible to authorised staff and to the driver allocated to your job. We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with third parties for marketing.
Storage and security
Booking data is stored in a secured database with access restricted to authorised accounts. Members of the public cannot read, list or edit bookings — a submitted request can only be viewed by our team.
Retention
We keep booking records for as long as needed to run the business and meet legal and tax obligations, then remove them.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, request a correction, or ask us to delete information we are not required to keep. Contact us and we will respond within a reasonable time.
Cookies
This website uses only the storage necessary to operate the site and remember your theme and booking progress. We do not use advertising trackers.
